We are looking for a full-time Marketing Project Manager to take the reins of our marketing efforts to develop strategic marketing plans for the company and then oversee the implementation and execution of the various efforts associated with the marketing plans. This includes evaluating the results of various marketing campaigns, spearheading market research efforts, or coordinating initiatives across a variety of marketing channels.

What You’ll Do
As a Coastal Source Marketing Project Manager, you will manage the creation, planning, launch, execution and coordination of company marketing efforts across multiple channels. You will identify weaknesses in existing marketing efforts and develop pragmatic solutions to improve them. You will communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and project metrics, as well as brainstorming fresh strategies. You will create new product campaigns and manage team milestones to ensure a timely and successful delivery. You will help keep our websites up to date with the latest marketing assets, so that nothing ever feels stale. You will stay abreast of category trends and insights by monitoring and evaluating competitive products, market share, pricing and advertising. We are looking for a full-time Marketing Event Coordinator to plan and execute regular company events as well as assist in the development and implementation of the company’s strategic marketing plans. This role will take ownership of the company’s many and varied live and virtual events while working within our marketing team to develop and implement marketing & event strategies.

What You’ll Do
As a Coastal Source Marketing Event Coordinator, you will plan and see through every aspect of a large number of events throughout the year. These events are mostly live, in-person trainings or trade shows that require coordination with venues, suppliers, local representatives and internal team members. Virtual events utilize a livestreaming studio and Eventbrite, Zoom, YouTube, and more to create truly engaging remote content. You will work within a small marketing team to develop and implement our strategic marketing plan across email campaigns, social media, trade shows, and more. You will take ownership of our events webpages and deploy event email campaigns. You will take our already award-winning trainings and trade shows to the next level.

We are looking for a full-time Inventory Control Specialist to bolster and improve our purchasing and inventory operations. This role will work with our Operations, Warehouse and Production departments to ensure all Coastal Source products and inventory are being ordered, tracked, stored, and shipped as efficiently and effectively as possible.

What You’ll Do
As a Costal Source Inventory Control Specialist, you will work with our Operations, Warehouse and Production departments to ensure all Coastal Source products and inventory are being ordered, tracked, stored, and shipped as efficiently and effectively as possible. You will be proficient with SAP B1 and our WMS, and look for ways to optimize them as they relate to your role. You will be an expert at product setup, order placement/tracking, and coordination with suppliers. You will work with our Warehouse Coordinator to optimize storage and movement of our products and will facilitate cycle counting on a regular basis. You will take our ordering, receiving, storing, and shipping processes to the next level.
This position is located at the Coastal Source R&D Lab in Marathon, FL
